A way to protest art cuts

Just had an idea in response to cuts and all. Maybe all art should be withheld from our legislators so they can really see what it's like to have no art. It would land up as an art piece but:

-we should remove or cover all sculptures with brown burlap
-tape paper over all portraits
-have only silence during phone holds
-take away their designer ties and clothes - make everyone wear gray
-take away all jewelry and designer watches
-paint their floors gray
-kick them out of the fancy offices/buildings and make them work in a bungalow or better yet a shipping container.
-eliminate landscaping and just allow weeds
-serve them fast food on paper plates

Didn't they make a movie about this?

    I really think that it would be a good idea to film the Rooftop school hallways before and after the art is put back into the building.
